R.C.C. 1:2:4, steel 8.10.12, 16 mm dia., TMT of Tulsyian or I-STEEL.
Structure
R.C.C. Framed Structure with brock masonry walls.
Flooring and Tiles
For floor 2' X 2' vitrified tiles.
Toilets and Kitchen Dadoings
All toilets shall have 7'0" height dadoing.
Loft and Attic
All bedrooms will have ONE loft each kitchen will have "L" shaped loft.
Main door & Windows
  Teak wood frame 3" X 5", planned shutter with 1.5 rails.

Painting
Inside walls, ceiling shall be painted with ACE (Asian Paint), Outside walls shall be painted with cement based paint (apex or matt).

Kitchen working platform shall have polished granite with polished edges.
Electrical And Cable Work
  Necessary electrical points using good quality wires (Kunden/Finolex).
   M.C.B. (L & T) will be provided.

Sanitary and Water Supply
Good quality C.P. Fittings & Parryware Branded Items.
Defect Liability Period
The defect liability period will be one year (one winter and one summer) from the date of handing over the building.
